Hiring IT Help Desk at National Education Network
- Responsibilities : - Good understanding for computer hardware. - Installing and upgrading hardware and software systems. - Support hardware issues. - Install, modify, and repair Laptops and Desktops hardware and software. - Troubleshooting and Monitor Printers issues. - Troubleshoot connectivity issues between the Users and the servers. - Configures operating systems and using remote desktop connections to provide immediate support. - Handling shared folders network drives through user’s map. - Assigning users according to security rules. - Diagnoses and solves Server software or applications faults (Antivirus Microsoft Office .Etc.). - Manages multiple cases at one time and Testing and evaluating new technology.
- Required qualifications :
- Bachelor Degree holder. - MCSA certified. - 2 years’ experience in IT help desk. - good level of English, verbal and written. - Age not more than 30 years. - Ability to think quickly and calmly when working under pressure.
