- Qualification :
- Graduated from Computer Science or Relevant. - Experience: 1 to 2y. - English: Good to Very. Good. - Prefer from Alexandria.
- Working Hours :
- First 6-months as a Night shift from 4PM to 12AM and the Next 6-months Morning shift from 8AM to 4PM. - 2 Days off. - Annual agreement.
- Job Description :
- Act as a first line support for IT. - Create and monitor (Follow up and engage) tickets on service desk portal. -Basic understanding and troubleshooting for Windows 10 and -Microsoft office 2013 and 2016. -Hardware troubleshooting computers, printers, and IP Phone. -Reporting to service desk supervisor. -Provision of telephone, desk side, and remote support. -Excellent communication skills and appearance.
