1- Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person. 2- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including desktops, laptops, printers. 3- Resolve network connectivity problems. 4- Install, configure, and update software applications. 5- Provide remote support using remote access tools. 6- Perform user account management, including creating and updating accounts, resetting passwords, and managing permissions. 7- Maintain inventory of hardware and software assets. 8- Document technical issues and resolutions in the help desk ticketing system. 9- Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff as needed. 10- Provide excellent customer service to end-users.
- Requirements :
- [1/2] years of experience in a similar IT Help Desk role MCSA,CCNA. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred. - Strong understanding of computer hardware and software, networking, and troubleshooting. - Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems, Microsoft Office, and other productivity software. -Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
