- Job Description :
- Active directory, DNS, DHCP, Policies, File Share. - Firewall Sophos is a Plus. - Respond to queries either in person or over the phone. - Maintain daily performance of computer systems. - Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software. - Opening new branches according to the company plan. - Running reports to analyses common complaints and problems. - Remotely accessing hardware or software for employees to make changes and fix problems - Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems. - Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems. - Follow up with employees to ensure issue has been resolved.
- Job Requirements :
- BA in IT, Computer Science, or similar relevant field. - 1-3 years of experience in the same field. - Previous experience in the same industry is a plus. - Very good communication skills. - Good command of English language. - Excellent multitasking skills. - Excellent problem solving skills. - Customer oriented.
