- Job Requirements :
1-Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field required.
2-Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products.
3-Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
4-Follow up the status of the devices and report on them periodically.
5-Follow-up to run windows for all existing devices and download all Microsoft programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Access).
6-Repairing devices and networks, and coordinating with the Networks Department.
7-Full responsibility for internet and line malfunctions, in coordination with the Networks Department.
8-Create a Google link survey to enter data.
9-Network maintenance.
10-Repair Hardware; main focus computers and printers.
