- Job Description :
IT Support Engineer will be responsible for maintaining the computer systems and networks and providing technical support to staff, ensuring that IT services across the organization is delivered in a smooth & efficient manner based on best practices and with minimal disruption.
- Reporting To: Head of IT.
- Job Qualifications & Requirements :
- Engineering/Diploma in computer science or equivalent, with specializations such as MSCE/MCSA preferred.
- 1 to 3 years hands-on IT support experience working in a corporate environment is mandatory.
- Good technical knowledge and working experience on windows server/client platforms is mandatory.
- Proficient in MS Office/Office 365.
- Knowledge on Databases & Applications - SQL/SharePoint/Net./Dynamics 365 would be an advantage.
- Knowledge on networking systems - Firewall/Switches/Routers/Wi-Fi Systems would be an advantage.
- Possess a technical, logical thought process with good problem-solving skills.
- An ability to stick to strict deadlines.
- An ability to prioritize and delegate.
- A keen eye for detail.
- Good communication (English is mandatory) & presentation skills.
- Hardworking, disciplined, and trustworthy.
- Ability to work extra hrs. if required depending on the business requirement.
