Profile :- MELCO-MEC supplies, installs and maintains Mitsubishi brand products with fully imported and manufactured materials in accordance with Mitsubishi standards.In 1983, Modern Engineering Company (MEC) was established in Egypt as the sole agent of Mitsubishi Electric Corporation for Elevators & Escalators. Since then; it has gained all respect in its business.
In 1999, MELCO-MEC Company was founded as a Joint Venture (J/V) between the Japanese Mitsubishi Electric Corporation (MELCO) and Modern Engineering Company (MEC) in Egypt.
To assure optimum customer satisfaction; MELCO-MEC offers 24/7 service covering all over Egypt through its service centers.
Job Description
- Provide ERP support in complex requirements or challenges requiring a deep expertise.
- Active partnership with key users to look for ways to further optimize system usage and best practices.
- Training for any new user or retraining for the current users.
- Act as a first level support for the implemented ERP solutions and applications to ensure ERP operations’ continuity.
- Job Requirements :-
- 5 To 7 years of experience in ERP systems.
- bachelor degree of computer since or Information technology
- Good command of English (written and verbal).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
