Hiring Call Center at The Arab Academy For Management
- Responsibilities :
- welcome customers professionally and responding to their inquiries.
- Researching required information using available resources.
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
- Providing customers with the academy’s service .
- Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
- Job Requirements :
- Bachelor degree in communication and foreign relations or Business Administration English section or a related field .
- 0-3 years of experience.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office package (Excel, PowerPoint and Word ).
- Excellent in English.
- Multitasking.
- Location: Mohndseen-Giza- Egypt.
