Hiring customer service at NEWGIZA
- Job Requirements :
- 3-5 years of experience in customer service with a strong track record of developing and implementing successful customer experience initiatives
- Excellent English Language Level (writing & Speaking).
- Very good user of CRM systems and MS Office.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills .
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills .
