Hiring Call Center Agent at Orascom Construction
- Responsibilities :
- Manage amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
- Provide accurate, satisfactory answers to the customers’ queries.
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify needed information.
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
- Job Requirements :
- Related Bachelor’s Degree.
- Excellent command of English written and spoken.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in the same field.
