Job Description
- We are looking for an experienced IT B2B Tele sales Representative - Lead Generator to contribute in generating sales leads for our company. You will be responsible for opening sales leads over the phone, or any channel and maintaining good customer relationships.
- An effective professional B2B Tele sales Representative - Lead Generator must have superior communication skills. They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone, email, as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.
- The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.
- Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts.
- Answering questions about products or the company.
- Asking questions to understand customer requirements and help in closing sales offers.
- Job Requirements :
- Career Level: (Junior Level ).
- Experience in IT infrastructure and cybersecurity field is a must.
- Proven experience as tele sales representative or other sales/customer service role.
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone.
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
- Good command of English language.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree is a must.
- Experience in Network and Security Network (Firewall) technology will be a plus.
