Requirements
-5-7 Years experience.
-Call Center industry is preferable.
Job Duties;
-Monitor Outbound calls and evaluate agents performance concerning the quality of service offered through all channels.
- Track performance for teams and individual level.
-Develop action plans to drive improvement.
-Design quality rules and guidelines to achieve the highest performances
