Job duties:
- Follow up on all calls to evaluate the sales representative for different branches.
- Track the online leads and coordinate with the telemarketing team on their follow ups.
- Call the customer to evaluate their purchasing experience and do SSI survey.
- Manage all agents reports.
- Responsible for data completion for customers in the CRM system.
- Manage the free maintenance processes and approvals.
- Job Requirements
- 1:2 years of experience.
- Good command of Microsoft office.
- Communication and negotiation skills.
- Good command in the English language.
- Presentation skills.
