Job Description
Profile :- Cashless plus is an electronic payment company, that recently launched app & e-card to facilitate and solve the complexity of online commerce, subscription billing, and payments with a set of tools to accept payments whether Smart card or via mobile to pay government bills ,retail stores, electricity , restaurants ..ETC
- Responsibilities :-
- Handle company recruitment process (Screen, filter & conduct Phone screening interviews).
- Design and update job descriptions.
- Source potential candidates from various online channels.
- Provide shortlists of qualified candidates .
- Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events.
- Able to hire Blue collars.
- Develop strong recruitment packages.
- Making recommendations to company For Recruitment Process .
- Marinating a database of candidates, work with documentation.
- Job_Requirements :-
- At least 3 years of Experience at the same Position.
- Prefer to have Experience in Massive Recruitment.
- Advanced command of English language.
- bachelor’s degree.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
