- Job Description :
1. Responsible for the recruitment activities in terms of different advertisement tools, CV screening, phone screening, interviewing candidates, coordinating interviews. 2. Recruit white & Blue collars. 3. Assist in organization structure, training, and performance. 4. Implements new hire orientation and employee recognition programs. 5. Responsible for the medical and social employee’s insurance file. 6. Manage & update the employee’s files on HRIS System. 7. Assist in prepare HR monthly reports. 8. Assist the HR department in any needed tasks.
- Job Requirements :
1) 2- 4 years of experience. 2) Reactivity to manage unexpected / short notice requirements. 3) Strong in Excel and PowerPoint.
