- Job Description :
- Assistance with day-to-day management of Human Resources Operation. - Responsible for the recruitment process from job posting, contacting candidates, pre-screen candidates, conducting the first interviews and other recruitment related tasks. - Assist with on boarding and off boarding of staff. Compile data, statistics and other information to support HR programs and functions. - Assist with the implementation of new processes and procedures.
- Job Requirements :
- 2-3 years’ experience of experience in HR. - Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources, HR Diploma OR certificates are must. - Proficient computer skills. - Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. - Arabic is required. - Strong Analytical Skills. - High attention to detail and time management skills.
