Hiring Sales & Marketing Coordinator at QNB

1-Bancassurance Sales Coordinator
- Responsibilities :
- The Bancassurance Coordinator is expected to sell and promote the life insurance products.
- Achieve the requested target, Maintain his existing portfolio at QNBAA Life through more than 220 branches of QNB AA network.
- Job holder requirements :
- Bachelor degree from a recognized university.
- 2+ years in the sales field.
- Financial service background is preferable, Insurance back ground is a plus.
2- Bancassurance Area Sales coordinator
- Represent QNB AA Life sales team towards QNB AA Bank Network.
- Design his/her action plan within his/her perimeter and in compliance with the company’s processes and procedure to achieve the set target.
- Supervise and control his/her team achievements and manage the team in order to reach set commercial objectives related to the assigned geographical areas under his/her management.
- Actively participate in QNB AA Life sales management meetings.
- Raise his/her team awareness and knowledge by updating them with the new sales trends and the latest insurance market updates.
- Job holder requirements :
- Bachelor degree from a recognized university.
- 10+ years in the sales field.
- Insurance back ground is a must and Bancassurance background is preferable.
3- Marketing Coordinator
- Responsibilities :
- Initiate, supervise printing and implementation of new materials and ensure that they are available to trade in varieties and quantities.
- Implementing a PR plan and events, sponsorships and exhibitions to open new sales channels and boost sales.
- Marketing Material development follow-up.
- Promotional items development (Agendas, vouchers, giveaways.
- Surveys implementation (distribution, study, statistic and analysis.
- Contacting suppliers (finding new suppliers, negotiating prices, following up the quality and delay of production).
- Coordinating and participate in promotional activities and events.
- Job holder requirements :
- Bachelor degree from a recognized university.
- 2+ years in the marketing field.
