Hiring Recruitment Section Head at Sinai Cement
- Job Responsibilities : - Responsible for updating, controlling and maintaining Man Power Plan - Create, maintain and update all company’s job descriptions - Responsible for all recruitment activities, from posting vacancies, to screening CV's, conducting interviews, shortlisting candidate’s profiles and hiring & Selection process. - Discuss and establish qualification requirements of employment with hiring managers. - Perform reference and background checks - Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire - Responsible for company employer branding activities - Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process - Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings - Manage onboarding and new hire process - Responsible for the company’s talent programs including temp. Employees and internship programs. - Ensure maintaining connections with various recruitment resources (agencies, educational institutes, etc…) while giving the priority to our internal resources - Conducting exit interviews and follow-up on exit procedures for employees leaving the company.
