Hiring HR Payroll Officer at Premium Card
- Job Description :
- Implements, maintains, and reviews payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, taxes, and other deductions. - Ensures accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations, and changes to pay rates. - Prepares and maintains accurate records and reports of payroll transactions. - Facilitates audits by providing records and documentation to auditors. - Identifies and recommends updates to payroll processing software, systems, and procedures. - Complete the procedures for new hires and end of service/exit procedures and ensure complete personnel files. - Follow up the implementation of the company's policy and its representation in front of all agencies, bodies and institutions that the company deals with through the human resources department such as (labor offices - insurance office - health insurance authority). - Implementing the company's policy regarding attendance and vacations .
- Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Business. - 7 : 10 Years Of Experience. - HR Diploma ( Preferred ). - Good command of both English and Arabic Languages. - Excellent Knowledge of computer & Microsoft offices.
