- Job Description :

- Overseeing all stages of recruitment.
- Management of transparent and competitive recruitment and selection process including updated job description, proper job classification, vacancy announcement, screening of candidates organization of interviews panels.
- Managing the regular update of the company's organizational chart and headcount report.
Skills Required for the Job of a Personnel Specialist:
-The ability to use social networks and specialized websites to publish job advertisements.
- Good knowledge of labor legislation and laws.
- Good communication skills with different personalities.

- Job Requirements :

- Experience: 2-5 years.
- Work from the company’s headquarters in alharam.
- Preferably a resident of Giza or the surrounding areas.
