Hiring Finance Manager at Credit Agricole Egypt
- Key Responsibilities :
- Support different business teams with problem solving and decision support tools in addition to KPI’s follow up tools
- Lead cross-functional projects using advanced data modeling and analysis techniques to discover insights that will guide strategic decisions and uncover optimization opportunities.
- Build, develop and maintain data models, reporting systems, data automation systems, dashboards and performance metrics support that support key business decisions.
- Organize and drive successful completion of data insight initiatives through effective management of analyst and effective collaboration with stakeholders.
- Build, manage and monitor all type of activities. Apply monthly/ quarterly financial incentive to our partners.
- Requirements and skills :
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a of position monitoring, managing, manipulating and drawing insights from data with an experience as an analytics or data science.
- Solid experience in data analysis and reporting; industry experience is a plus.
- Excellent Knowledge of Excel. SQL is a plus; familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI).
- Sound analytical mindset and problem-solving skills with the ability to gather, organize, analyze, and discharge significant amounts of information.
- Excellent communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills.
