Position Summary :
We are Hiring HR Operations Executive who will be responsible for conducting HR operations and maintaining relationships with clients and other key personnel within client companies to promote and deliver HR services.
- Accountabilities :
- Handle daily payroll operations, including collecting and verifying transactions information (attendance, KPI’s sheets, overtime etc.) and processing payroll & issue pay-slips.
- Administer statements of banking and cash payments for all employees.
- Issuing and reviewing the clients invoices and follow up collecting the payments of these invoices on a monthly basis.
- Respond to employee inquiries and coordinate timely resolution to our clients to ensure client satisfaction.
- Managing all operations (social/medical /life) and all benefits for all employees.
- Managing hiring and exit procedures for all employees.
- Prepare or maintain employment records related to events, such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, promotions, or assignments.
- Responsible for reviewing the absence cases & take the required disciplinary action as per labor law.
- Prepare reports for upper management.
- Responsible for achieving and review employees files.
- Follow up, prepare all belongs to insurance office such as sick leaves and insurance from 1,6,2.
- Job Requirements :
- 2-3 years of experience - Preferred in HR consultations / outsourcing company.
- Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or similar degree.
- Very Good English (verbal and written).
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft (Advanced Excel, Power point, Word).
