Hiring HR Personnel at Ostool Transport and Logistics
- Responsibilities :
- Process paperwork for new employees according to the company policy.
- Prepare or maintain employment records related to events such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions, using human resources - management system.
- Examine employee files to answer inquiries and provide information for personnel actions.
- Explain company personnel policies and procedures to employees or job applicants.
- Review time sheets, verify attendance, hours worked, and post information onto designated records, generate attendance reports and send it to -- Supervisors / Managers on Monthly basis.
- Send warning letters and e-mails to employees in case of absence or misconduct.
- Visit the labor office and social insurance authorities on weekly basis to finish related tasks.
- Qualifications :
- Bachelor degree from any discipline.
- From 1 to 2 years of experience in the personnel function.
- Good knowledge of Labor & Social Insurance laws.
- Professional user of Microsoft Excel.
- Location: 6 October.
- Working days: From Sunday To Thursday.
