Hiring Customer Service and Data Entry at JAKAMEN Egypt
- Duties and Responsibilities :
1) Handling customer complain by social media and phone call.
2) Providing customer satisfaction survey to maintain SWOT Analysis.
3) Making visits to branches.
4) Maintaining information on e-commerce and excel.
5) Following up loyal customers to Jakamen, Sicko, Gioberty and Lokman.
6) Responding to customer inquiries, helping them resolve problems or directing them to appropriate resources.
7) Providing customer Feedback regarding stuff, products and design of the stores.
- Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar field.
- V.Good in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Female is preferred.
- Presentable.
- Maximum Age 26.
