- Job description :

- Attending to clients RFQs.
- Sending rates requests to agents & shipping lines.
- Quoting the clients.
- Follow up operations afterwards.
- Keeping clients updated with each step.
- Regular clients visits to build good relationships.
- Sending reports and following SOPs.
- Invoicing and closing operations.

Export customer service specialist

- Job description :

- Attending to client RFQs.
- Sending rates requests to shipping lines & truckers.
- Quoting the client.
- Follow up operation afterwards.
- Keeping client updated with each step.
- Invoicing clients.
- Regular clients visits to build good relationships.
- Sending reports and following SOPs.

Import customs clearance supervisor

- Job description :

- Revising commercial docs against customs and country import rules.
- Aware of ACID procedures and presenting customs declarations on Nafeza.
- Follow up with customs brokers.
- Arranging NTRA approvals and docs when needed.
- Updating and reporting clients.
- Finalizing operation and invoicing on accounting system.

- All positions qualifications :

- Min 2 years experience in freight forwarding.
- Team player.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Good communication skills.
- Good command of English.
- Interpersonal skills.
