- Job Description :
- Determine appropriate legal terms & conditions for contracts and ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures concerning real state
- Coordinating with the sales operations in revising the contracts.
- Handling clients' legal inquiries.
- Drafting, Reviewing and Editing contracts and agreements (complex commercial agreements, government and sales contracts, etc.
- Providing management with effective legal advice on business issues.
- Ensuring the company operates in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Dealing with registration documentation, issues, and disputes.
- Open internal investigations and recommended disciplinary action.
- Advise the Project Manager / Contract Manager of the company on aspects of Project execution that deviate from contract requirements.
- Job Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in law.
- Experience 5+ years in real estate development field is a MUST.
- Strong written and verbal skills.
- Excellent prioritization skills.
- Registered Lawyer in the syndicate Exposure to Court Processes & Successful track of records. Ability to develop & amend various contract types Proven Communication, Organizing, Planning & Reporting Skill. Advocacy in primary, civil and criminal courts. of contracts. Recorded in the Egyptian Lawyers.
