- Providing management with effective legal advice on business issues. - Dealing with registration documentation, issues, and disputes. - Drafting, Reviewing and Editing contracts and agreements (complex commercial agreements, government and sales contracts, joint venture agreements and tender documents, rents. etc ) Organize and Update Legal documents (Critical Documents, Original Contracts, and License).
- Job Requirements :
- BS Degree in Faculty of law English Section is must. - Good command of English language - Experience 1-2 years - Corporate Law, Commercial in English. - Excellent in Microsoft Office.
