Profile : The Food Lab empowers restaurants to improve operational efficiencies through managed shared kitchens.
- Job Responsibilities :
Payroll
- Maintain the monthly payroll activities including social insurance registrations & payroll taxes.
- Prepare monthly payroll & issue pay slips.
- Update and maintain payroll records on the HR System on a monthly basis.
- Interpret policies in relation to overtime, leaves, loans and payroll calculations to staff.
- Communicate with the concerned departments to ensure the integrity of the payroll data includingdata.
- Preparing periodic payroll reports for review by management.
- Personnel :
- Maintain employee documents in accordance with labor requirements.
- Coordinate the onboarding and offboarding process.
- Follow up on Probation Period Completion.
- Implement the process of contracts creation and renewal to ensure the completion and the accuracy of the process.
- Manage the company relation with concerned governmental authorities (Labor Office, Social insurance Organization, etc.) to ensure compliance with the law.
- Create HR letters and Experience letters for employees.
- Responsible for reviewing the absence cases & take the required disciplinary action upon company policy.
HRIS :
- Manage and maintain all employees' records in all branches on the HRIS.
- Maintain the time management module on the system (absence, attendance, shifts, deductions & vacations).
- Supporting all HR functions by providing HR system reports and analysis.
- Serves as the first point of contact for the coordination and completion of the system.
- Perform periodical audit on the HRIS to assure that they are applied, recognize their flaws, and recommend corrective or preventive actions.
- Job Requirements :
- B.Sc. degree in any relevant field of education.
- Proven work experience at least 3 years in personnel & payroll.
- Knowledge of Personnel and Human Resources principles.
- Experience with Blue Collars.
- Very Good command of English language (Speaking, reading and writing).
- Knowledge of Personnel and Human Resources principles.
- Excellent Interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organization skills.
- Reporting Skills :
- Excellent Excel use.
- Work Location : Degla Maadi.
- Working Hours : 9 hours.
- 2 days OFF.
