Job Description

We are hiring 

HR personnel Specialist

Responsibilities

• Forming and maintaining employee records

• Updating databases internally.

• Preparing and amending where necessary HR documents and employment contracts

• Preparing the Assignment file for the new employee.

• Dealing with social insurance.

• Record a database of vacations.

• Arrange appointments, meetings, conferences, etc.

• Communicating through various channels, handle inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate persons according to their needs.

• Handle all employees, knowing their problems and solving them.

• Make copies of correspondence and other printed material.

• Maintain electronic and paper records.

• Submit timely reports and prepare presentations as assigned.

• Assist colleagues whenever necessary.

Required

• BSc/BA in any related field.

• HR Certificate is a must .

• At least 2 years of experience.

• Excellent English Language.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office.

• Presentable.
