Job Description

Al-Rabat Business Group is hiring a Recruitment Specialist with the below criteria

Job Description

· Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees

· Create and publish job ads in various portals

· Sourcing & Screening Candidates resumes

· Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates

Schedule calls and interviews

· Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events

· Building database and creating pipelines

· Assists the HR department in any needed tasks.

· Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill, and source of hire.

· Reports on quarterly and annual hiring plans.

Job Requirements

· Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field.

· From 2 to 4 years of experience in recruitment (White & Blue) Collars.

· Very good user of Excel, word and PowerPoint

· Have solid experience in using different recruitment portals and other websites

· ERP user is preferable

· Previous experience in pharmaceutical field is a great asset
