- Responsibilities :
• Suggest new procedures and policies to continually improve efficiency of the HR department
• Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions
• Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
• Develop compensation and benefits systems that fit the company’s HR responsibilities
• Conduct employee on boarding and help plan training & development
• Provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves, compensation etc.
and resolve issues and problems
• Identify ways to improve policies and procedures
- Job Requirements :-
-Bachelor's degree of any related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years as an HR Generalist.
- Courses or diplomas are a plus.
- English: Very good in both spoken and written.
- Presentable.
Location: Nasr City.
Working days: Sunday till Thursday.
Working hours: 9 am till 5 pm.
