- Role :
• Advertising vacancies appropriately by drafting and placing adverts in a wide range of media (e.g. Our website , different social media platforms).
• Planning interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.
• Building and maintaining an active pool of candidates to meet future hiring targets in an effective manner.
• Updating organization structure.
• Updating recruitment records and produce reports analytics.
- Job Requirements :
•Blue Collars sourcing experience is a must.
Process orientation, good interviewing skills & good knowledge of industry & excellent communication skills.
•Experience in recruitment/business environment.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
•Typically requires 4+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree.
•Ability to manage various requests simultaneously.
•Motivated self-starter that can work with limited guidance.
•Solid written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation communication skills, Passion, attention to detail, Innovation.
•Strong analytical mind with a meticulous eye for detail.
•Creative, multitasking and motivated; hard working and able to work under pressure.
