Senior Hr Specialist for a Brokerage company

Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years of experience at broker or real estate.

- Managing recruitment and hiring process.

- Make sure company policies are well implemented.

- Responsible for conducting employee performance by following up staff tasks on CRM

system.

- Maintain employment records related to events such as hiring, termination, leaves,

transfers, or promotions.

- Maintaining and recording payroll effects (penalties, absence, deductions)

- Must have previous experience at broker
