- Handle basic administrative payroll duties including data entry and filing.
-Responsible for corporate communications
- To update employees files
- To ensure all relevant filing of documents in both an orderly and timely manner.
- Input monthly payroll data into the HR system in accordance with statutory and contractual obligations and to pre-defined timescales.
- Process and monitor all staffing changes including starters, transfers, leavers and other amendments to salaries and employee data in compliance with policy and
payroll requirements.
- The input, calculation and recording of sickness payments.
- Advise employees and managers on payroll issues as first point of contact for enquiries.
- Make all final settlement to all leavers and separate their payment in payroll sheet.
- Assisting as required with all routine administrative/clerical duties of the section.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree: Business
Max age 30
Good in English
Understand labor laws and disciplinary procedures
Proficient in MS Office
