Job Description

Baker Tilly wag is hiring HR coordinator

preferred males only

Responsibilities

- Maintains personnel files in compliance with the Egyptian labor law.

- Keeping records for the weekly attendance & calculate the absence.

- Assists in hiring process by coordinating job posting, reviewing resumes, performing telephone interviews and reference checks.

- Receives the paperwork from the new joiners and supports them in finalizing all work-related documents.

- Handle employees' insurance procedures .

Requirements

- 0:2 years of experience .

- Very good Computer skills.

- good knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law.

- Very good command of English.

- Time Management.

- Team work.

- Well organized.
