Profile :- Oriental Weavers Group is one of the world’s largest carpet, rug and related raw materials producers. Based in Cairo, the group has manufacturing facilities in three countries and distributes its products in more than 130 countries worldwide.
- Job Requirements :
- Advanced degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar relevant field.
- Previous experience working as an HR Manager for 5 years in manufacturing organizations.
- Hands-on experience in all aspects of HR management.
- In-depth knowledge of Human Resource operations and legal regulations.
- Impeccable communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
- A solid understanding of the key principles of employment law.
Location : 10th of Ramadan City.
