Job Description

Zetalents is hiring now HR Software Consultant

Duties & Responsibilities

Identify business requirements and map them to HRMS application

functionality

Identify functionality Fit and gaps and develop solutions to gaps

Configure HRMS to meet clients requirements and document application set-

ups

Should be responsible for preparing impact assessments/analysis for every

upgrade

Provide status and issue reports to the Project Manager on a regular basis

Write Functional requirement documents for reports, interfaces, data

conversions and

application extensions

Interact with the project team members responsible for developing reports,

interfaces, data

conversion programs, and application extensions

Should have complete product knowledge for participating the impact

assessment sessions with client

Job Requirements & skills

BSc/BA in Business Administration, Information technology or relevant field

1-3 years of sales experience

Proficiency in English language

Strong communication & Time management

Proven HRMS project management track record.

Good Knowledge of IT, ERP and HR solutions

Detail oriented and an active listener
