Job Description

One of the biggest E-commerce multinational companies is now hiring HR workforce

specialist with a very attractive salary and other benefits.

Responsibilities

· Utilize relevant channels to source candidates. Manage pipeline internal as well as 3P

agencies pipelines ensuring candidates meet hiring bar prior to on boarding.

· Owns hiring process, and HRS relationship to build and constantly improve candidate on

boarding experience

· Report on sourcing channel measures of success.

Basic Qualifications

· Previous experience in recruitment(especially in high volume role) or any HR experience.

· Experience of managing candidate or employee experience in time sensitive topics

· Experience with MS Word and Excel

· Excellent in English is a must

· Experience in dealing with external organizations (Agents, freelancers,clients).
