Job Description
Profile :- the first surgeries marketplace in the MENA region, the first to offer installment solutions for all patients.You can compare between more than 1500 surgeons and doctors, +75 hospitals and medical centers, +3000 surgeries and procedures in different 37 medical specializations.
Responsibilities :-
- Handle the full recruitment process, writing and posting job ads, filtering CVs, schedule interviews, HR interviewing & evaluation, and communicate related correspondences to all applicants in a timely manner.
- Update and maintain the HR Information Systems on a regular basis.
- Update and maintain the employees’ personal files in compliance with Egyptian labor law.
- Review on all personnel tasks.
- Handles daily and Monthly Attendance.
- Process the Monthly Payroll, Overtime, and KPIs.
- Job Requirements :-
- BSc in Business Administration or relevant field.
- A diploma or certificate in Human Resources Management is preferred.
- 1 : 3 Years of experience as an HR Generalist mainly handling recruitment process, Personnel, and payroll.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, database management, and internet recruitment websites.
