-Job Duties :
-Collaborates with company departments to ensure overall customer satisfaction.
-Maintain weekly reports on customer inquiries, responses, and feedback so as to develop customer service analytics and trends.
-Develop customer service programs in order to provide outstanding service.
-Dealing with customer inquiries face to face, over the phone, or via email.
- Job Requirements :
-Experience in real estate is a must.
- experience in the customer service field 2 years at least.
-Excellent communication skills and problem-solving skills.
-Customer-oriented.
-preferable female.
