Job Description

Profile :- The Bank started its activities in Feb. 1985 at the time when the economic arena was characterized by major developments, a matter which gave the bank mission special significance, as Egypt was suffering at that time from great pressures on its balance of payments. This was apart from the rising deficit of the balance of trade. Consequently, the external debt problem started to represent a sort of concern to the Egyptian economy in all its sectors.

EBE is hiring Head of Innovation.

Department: Digital Banking & Innovation.

Details :-

-Direct, train, and coach innovation managers to perform their duties more efficient.

-Build successful digital innovation strategy that provides EBE with the desired competitive edge.

-Set Innovation budget in line with the bank’s digitization and innovation strategy.

-Maximize the innovation adoption by engaging Fintechs and Startups to deliver innovative banking solutions.

-Work closely with innovation development groups to deliver insightful outputs.

-Design, research, develop, analyze and suggest new operation concepts as well as strategies.

-Brainstorm with different stakeholders to discover new solutions and approaches to old problems.

-Develop innovation culture, encourages creative thinking in employees and finds ways to nurture innovative thinking across all areas of the bank.

-Formulate effective new ideas and innovative strategies to transform general ideas into workable solutions.
