Hiring Accountant at Elle Cosmetics Egypt
- Responsibilities :
- Reviewing and reconciling customer account statements and recording them on the system.
- Reviewing customer deductions and record them on the system.
- Responsible for paying customers' debts and recording them on the system.
- Issuing daily reports of clients' indebtedness, daily receipts report, and reports that show the indicator of the sales process.
- Preparing reconciliations periodically, reviewing account statements on an ongoing basis, and addressing differences.
- Reviewing the balances of the trial balance for clients and reviewing the collections and recording them on the system.
- Submitting the necessary reports to the accounts manager.
- Job Requirements :
- 2+ years' of customer accountant experience.
- Full knowledge of dealing with ERP system accounting software.
- Data analysis skill.
- Excellent at using Excel.
- Age 30 years maximum.
- Company Address: Agouza, Giza governorate Mohandeseen.
