Hiring Accountant at Naffco Misr
- Job description :
- Record daily cash received & Bank deposits.
- Follow-up on collection and allocation of payments.
- Carry out collection and reporting activities according to Specific deadlines.
- Perform account reconciliations.
- Monitor Customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities.
- Resolve payment discrepancies.
- Generate Age Analysis.
- Review AR Aging to ensure compliance.
- Maintain Accounts Receivable customer files and records.
- Follow established procedures for processing receipts and cash.
- Process adjustments.
- Assist in month end closing.
- Assist in audit & tax inspection.
- Job Requirements :
- Experience from 1 to 3 years.
- Very good command of English Language.
- Very good in MS office specially Excel.
- Preferably SAP knowledge or in using ERP system.
