Hiring Accountant at Burger King Egypt - Cash Accountant
- Job Description :
- Reviewing invoices/sort and matches invoices and check requests to avoid discrepancies.
- Verifying all petty cash requests in accordance with maximum reimbursable value and authorized signature.
- Preparing usage analysis of the petty cash to create a basis for the replenishment of the account.
- Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date and paid on time.
- Reconciliation of payments of petty cash requests and expenses.
- Preparing the petty cash journal and ledger entries.
- Ensuring that all the petty cash requests are accompanied with proper purchase documents.
- Making reimbursements according to the company policies.
- Job Requirements :
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Finance and accounting.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting related field from an accredited college.
- Computer skills.
- Well versed with accounting transactions.
- Considerable knowledge of accounting software.
- Considerable knowledge of the bookkeeping, and accounting duties of the office.
- Very good command of English. Language.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Specially Excel).
