Hiring Chief accountant at hl-tourism
- Job Description :
- Responsible for financial operations, daily accounts and the settlement of debit and credit accounts.
- Monitor and record financial transactions in accordance with company policies and regulations.
- Perform month-end accounting activities such as financial settlements and journal entries.
- Responsible for the documentary accounting cycle and how to manage stores.
- Responsible for inventory count, receivables and supplier’s accounts.
- Responsible for following up and counting fixed assets and preparing their annual consumption and net book value.
- Responsible for tax preparation, auditing, banking, and other financial needs as necessary.
- Follow up with customers to collect monthly bills on time without any delay.
- Perform financial analysis and respond to accounting inquiries from management in a timely manner.
- Monitor expenditures, analyze revenues, identify budget variances.
- Overseeing all audits, internal control and audit services to ensure that the financial control is up-to-date.
- Cooperating with the financial auditor to prepare the quarterly and annual budgets and all documents required for banking facilities.
- Job Details :
- Education Level: BSc in Accounting.
- Experience Needed: from 7 to 9 Years
- Must Experience Needed 3 years at least in travel
- Gender: Male or female
- Working days: 6days / 8 hours
- Location: Giza ( Mohandseen )

- Job Requirements :
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Very good English language skills.
- Very good with Microsoft Office tools especially Excel.
- Presentable, self-motivated.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
