Profile : Cairo for Extraction and Refining Oils is an Egyptian joint stock company which established at 30 Jan 2017 under law No 8 for 1997 and its executive law Cairo for Extraction and Refining Oils was registered in the Investment Commercial Registry under No 101550 Authorized capital is EGP 60 M and issued capital is EGP 6 M which is divided into 6 K shares, The par value for every share is EGP 1 K Our shares have been registered on Aug 2019 in the Central Depository System of Misr for Clearing, Settlement Depository Our plant is located in block No 31 industrial zone 10 th of Ramadan City with a total area 9988 M 2 Capital structure is fully owned to Egyptian share holders who has a previous experience in food industry field in Egypt Production Capacity Our annual production capacity will be 60 K Ton per year Our production mix will diversify between Corn Oil, Sunflower Oil, Soybean Oil and Olene Oil
