Hiring Treasury Accountant at Europcar Egypt
- Job Description :
• Tracking bank transactions from banks’ website, classify them (In or out) and update these transaction on the finance system to adjust balance sheet and P&L on the finance system.
• Record all the visa Payment on the system by maximum the 13th of every month.
• File all the documents properly.
• Update cash out (cheques withdrawal from the bank to suppliers and insurance companies), cash in (compensation checks and transfers from corporate) on the account transactions report, bank balance report and the finance system.
• Extract the balances from the banks website on daily basis and calculate total amount cheques due date and compare it with the current balance in bank and expected collections.
• Handle all issues related to the visa payment with the stations and Solve customer problems related to the preauthorization amount hold by sending the hold-release form to the bank.
- Job Requirements :
• Bachelor Degree in Commerce from a reputable university.
• 1-2 years of experience in accounting.
• ERP System experience is preferable.
• Excellent Computer Skills.
• Good English Skills.
