Immediate hiring Site Cost Accountant at MAGNOM
- Job Responsibilities :
- Allocate costs in respect to the actual implementation of the project and in reference to the construction agreement bill of quantities (POQs).
- Provide daily progressive report for the construction project budget including each line item versus the actual expenses, as well as tracking all payments and expenditure from SAP.
- Maintain project-related records, including contracts and change orders.
- Report to management regarding the remaining line item available in each line item from the project budget.
- Coordinate with the project manager for proper allocation of the project expenses, including preparing an analysis of each line item accounts.
- Review invoices and requisitions for satisfactory payment approval from the project manager and enter the data on SAP for approval and posting.
- Verification of the site petty cash custody.
- Corresponds with the vendor and reply to their inquiries.
- Maintain copies of vouchers, invoices or correspondence necessary for financial reporting.
- Job Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/ Auditing.
- Experience (5 Years) as a Site Accountant.
- Excellent Microsoft Office (Excel, word).
- Previous experience in a construction company is a MUST.
- Experience in financial reporting.
- Excellent experience in accounts verification including accounts payables.
- Experience and knowledge in SAP- ERP system is a MUST.
