- Job Description :

- Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.

- Summarize current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, statements, and other reports.

- Substantiate financial transactions by auditing documents.

- Secure financial information by completing database backups.

- Produce error-free accounting reports and present their results.

- Analyze financial information and summarize financial status.

- Direct internal and external audits to ensure compliance.

- Support month-end and year-end close process.

- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.

- Communicate effectively with internal and external clients.

Payroll initiation and transfer

- Prepare payroll and tax reports, keeping records up to date with the new hires and leavers settlements .

- Issuing paychecks in a timely manner.

- Responsible for issuing employees bank accounts and transactions.

- Act as a focal point with business bank accounts.

- Document financial transactions by entering account information.

 Strategic Role :

 - Recommend financial actions by analyzing accounting options.

- Provide technical support and advice on management.

- Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and generally accepted accounting procedures.

- Participate in financial standards setting and in forecast process.

- Provide input into department's goal setting process.

- Prepare financial statements and produce budget according to schedule.

- Key Competencies or Skills required .

- Time management.

- Excellent Communication skills.

- Problem-solving skills.

- Sense of anticipation and planning.

- Details oriented.

- Mastering of Microsoft Office tools (including Excel and PowerPoint).

- knowledge in work on additional design software is a plus.
