- Job Duties :
- Manage and oversee the entire accounting team.
- Perform end-of-month accounting activities such as reconciliations, journal entries, and tax returns.
- Generate financial reports and statements to Managers for review.
- Monitor expenditures, analyze revenues and determine and report budget variances.
- Assist in auditing activities by providing necessary information and preparing requested documentations.
- Review and recommend changes to existing accounting procedures.
- Detect and address potential compliance issues proactively.
- Ensure that financial statements are finalized on time and comply with the local and international financial reporting standards.
- Support the Financial Manager in the cash flow management by providing the necessary data on time.
- Maintain compliance with all legal regulations at all times.
- Conduct all necessary training to keep the team’s skills and knowledge up to date.
- Job Specifications :
- Min 10 years’ experience with at least 5 years in the industrial sector.
- CMA is a plus.
- Team Leader.
- Time management skills.
- Very good English language.
- Very good computer skills.
